Situated in the dollar city of Tirupur, Angel College of Engineering and Technology is sponsored by Angel Institutions – a public charitable trust founded by the industrialist Engineer. D. Sachithanantham, B.E.., President of Angel group of companies. The college started in 2007, Approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Angel College of Engineering and Technology is the first professional degree level institution at Tirupur, a town for its remarkable enterprising spirit. The flourishing industrial environment is highly conductive for generating a high degree of employability, and it is well-equipped to meet the demands of the corporate sector.

Courses Eligibility

B.E. / B.Tech Candidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute.
M.E./M.Tech Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.

Engineering Cut-Off Marks:

100% Concession (for cut-off marks from 180 and above)

Students who avail admission through TNEA2024-25 under First Graduate category can avail its benefits for all 4 years.

Special concession for BC, MBC, SC, ST students and siblings of our students, state and national level sports players.

Note: All Scholarships are subject to clear approval from Management

Scholarship Guidance:

Guidance given for other Scholarships like Ulavar Scholarship, Kattumaana Tolilalar Scholarship, Muslim Minority Scholarship, Christian Minority Scholarships etc.,

If students need specific scholarships from NGO, they are given bonafide letter once the student avail admission from TNEA Counseling for the Academic Year 2021-2025.

If any student availing bank loans they will be given bonafide letter once the student avail admission from TNEA Counseling for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

Transport

In order to ensure comfortable to and fro travel to our students and staff, the college operates a fleet of 20 buses from locations within 60 kms radius from our college.

Training & Placement

The Training and Placement Cell of Angel College of Engineering and Technology have been assisting the students in developing their personality & leadership skills to flourish well in their career. This cell organize guest lecturers from experts in Industries from various domains, soft skill programmes, awareness programmes, HR Connects and life development programmes for their further improvement. Skill development programme is given to the final year students and pre final year students in areas of Aptitude training, Resume writing, group discussion, public speaking skills etc.,

Training and Placement Cell is strong in networking with Industrial experts in all domains all over the nation. It builds and maintains a healthy database of the companies who visit our institution every year and maintain a cordial relationship with those company’s. We are proud to say that all top players in IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Electronic majors in our country has visited our company. Our passed out students are shining with happiness in all domains.
