About Us
University College of Engineering Ramanathapuram (UCER) is one of theconstituent colleges of Anna University Chennai. It was established in the year 2008. The college is located at Pullangudi, around 9 km away from Ramanathapuram on East Coast Road (NH 210), and it spreads over 25 acresof land. The college is a co-educational institution, and it has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The college currently offers five under graduateprogrammes in engineering with an intake of 60 students in each branch and each medium of study viz. Civil Engineering (English and Tamil Medium), ComputerScience and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronicsand Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering (English andTamil Medium).Students are admitted to this instituition through TNEA single window counselling conducted by Anna University Chennai.
